What is the
What If? section all about?
Imagine depositing $10 into your KidsSave
Account each week and earning 5% interest on that
each month. How much will you have in your
Account in six months...one year...five years...?
That's the power of the What If? section.
It allows kids to experiment with different savings
scenarios and have those scenarios played out in
dollar amounts. And even more impressive, it
show kids in graph form what their Account value can
look like over time. A word of caution,
however. After playing around in the
What If? section, kids may be encouraged to save
even more; you may find yourself negotiating with
your child over adjusting their Account settings!
And that's a good thing.
